Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to follow the status of your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout and will match your current location and the weight of your purchase. Studio Yena does not offer any shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Depending on the stock availability of the items. Studio Yena is working on demand or with a limited stock. Every piece is made-to-order in a limited quantity. The delivery time depends on the number of orders and of the load of work. The maximal dispatch time is 6 weeks from the day of the order. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed, and you will be informed of your delivery date by Die Post.

Tracking number

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking code to track its progress online.

Incorrect shipping information and amendments

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping adresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Duty fees

Returns & Exchanges

Damages on the purchase

Please send us an email within 7 business days with photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packing material visible. All broken items will be refund.

Studio Yena does not accept returns, in case of breakage we will only be able to send a replacement if you email and provide us with:

  • photos of the entire outside of the original box

  • photos of inside of the original box with the damaged item(s) visible

Exchanges

Studio Yena does not do exchanges.
